Our Goal

To acquire long-standing, advocate clients and customers.  The M David Katz Company works with Stakeholders, Sales Executives, Sales Management and Sales Staff to create a positive environment that promotes a strong Public Relations position and aggressive Sales Growth.

Strategic Level

We work with Business Owners and Stakeholders to develop a clear brand, to identify the total market, and to understand how to reach that market.  Once a clear Business Development Vision has been created a complete action plan is developed that identifies specific tasks, processes and deliverables, time lines and accountabilities.

We provide tools to increase confidence, renew energy and perspective, and identify effective communication style.  We help you to see more, understand the customer point of view and help provide more insight into your Complete Sales Role in the Organization.  We strategize with stakeholders to develop a set of aggressive sales milestones, practical timelines for success, and processes and practices to achieve stabilized growth.

Tactical Level

We work with Sales Management to access current and needed marketing talent and to develop effective Business Development Processes that insure high-quality, high-productive sales and marketing performance.  We facilitate sales planning, strategy, and accountability sessions with existing Sales Management and Staff.

We also work to enhance Leadership capabilities or assume Leadership responsibilities to direct Business Development efforts.  Sales & Marketing is developed and implemented at various levels and is coordinated with Branding and Public Relations Initiatives with a focus on Brand Continuity and long, sustained growth and market ownership.

Operational Level

We work with Sales Teams in understanding their roles to increase effectiveness personally, professionally and operationally.  We develop and implement an accountability process to assist Organizations in achieving success through effective working relationships and personal accountability.

We help you identify and think through problems, remove distractions, identify markets and connect people to the resources they need to effectively sell the brand.

We bring Sales, Operations and Administrative experience to bear in getting people to move toward a common goal.
