The M David Katz Company works with Stakeholders, Executives, Management and Staff to develop a specific Leadership Development &Training Course that achieves measurable results.

Strategic Level

We work with Business Owners and Stakeholders to address complex business issues through a collaborative diagnostic process. The M David Katz Company identifies real business issues such as retention, employee performance and motivation, productivity and culture.

The M David Katz designs a Leadership Development &Training Course that will help leaders within the organization:

  • Build trust amongst their teams
  • Increase their influence
  • Provide better training and support
  • Perform at higher capacities
  • Contribute to the overall economic model of the organization

Tactical Level

Imposing a “one size fits all” Leadership Development &Training Course, even for leaders within the same organization, will not yield the best results.

The M David Katz Company works with Executives and Management to identify personal skills, specific situations and the current status of working relationships. We then provide each Executive or Manager with the critical skills needed to enhance future success.

When each Executive or Manager experiences their own successes, they collaboratively impact the organization’s bottom line results.

Operational Level

Leadership training does not just take place at the executive or management level, but also includes the transformational leadership training of an organization’s operational staff.

The M David Katz Company works with an organization’s staff to create Personal Leadership Development Plans for each employee to accomplish. Personal Leadership Development Plans often involve personality assessments, team building exercises and personal strength finders.  Each plan contains the tools and resources necessary for each person within the organization to improve themselves as individuals, and improve the teams they work on.
