Our Goal

To develop a unique Brand Architecture that presents a consistent identity, represents a set of values and consists of a methodology to attract and retain new and existing clients.  The M David Katz Company works with Stakeholders, Executives, and Staff to understand the demands of the marketplace, to create a clear market position and to develop a Brand Manifesto that differentiates you, your organization and products in a robust and dynamic manner.

Strategic Level

We work with Business Owners and Stakeholders to develop a clear brand, to identify the total market, and to understand how to reach that market.  Brand strategy consists of the development of a clear set of actions and plans for the systematic development of a brand to enable it to meet its agreed objectives, governed by a single stated direction.

Brand strategy begins with a period of comprehensive insight-gathering with the Business Owners and Stakeholders to fully understand:

  • The culture and personalities of the existing brand
  • The customers that you want to attract

Tactical Level

Once the foundation of the new or rejuvenated brand has been developed, we work to insure consistency within every department of your organization, so that the entire organization’s culture has one uniform image.

We work with Sales Management to introduce the new brand, so that it becomes the very essence to run your business from within, but also becomes the uniform message that is seen from the outside, where your customers and potential customers reside.

If rebranding, we facilitate the introduction of the new brand, strategy, and accountability sessions with existing Sales Management and Department Heads. Rebranding is rarely as simple as introducing a new logo on letterheads and envelopes. The new brand needs to be consistently carried throughout all marketing mediums including print collateral, online platforms, and even your employees: the way they answer the phones, reply to their emails and seek out prospects. A new and branded culture is being introduced.

Operational Level

Once Sales Management and Department Heads have been trained and know their department’s responsibilities surrounding the new brand, we work with Sales Teams and Employees to ensure they understand their roles in carrying out the new brand personally, professionally, and operationally.

Having a consistent brand is equally as important as developing the brand itself; we help confirm that your entire organization is telling the same story.
