Business Relationship Management

Goal

To acquire and retain long-standing, advocate clients, influencers and team members.  The M David Katz Company works with Stakeholders, Executives, Management and Staff to create an environment and process that prioritizes business stability and growth through relationships.

Strategic Level

We work with Business Owners and Stakeholders to develop a clear definition of the “ideal” business relationship with prospective clients, current clients, influencers, suppliers and staff members.  Once these ideal relationships are defined, a set of rules are created that allow for the organization to identify a Scorecard of Success for each type of relationship.

We provide tools to evaluate current relationships and to generate an action plan to elevate the quality of relationships.  We strategize with stakeholders to develop a set of aggressive milestones, practical timelines for success, and processes and practices to achieve stabilized growth.

Tactical Level

We work with Management to access current and needed relationships and to develop effective processes that engage the organization’s circle of influence.  We facilitate planning, strategy, and accountability sessions with existing Management to implement a Business Relationship Management System.  This System serves as a tool to track relationship interactions, measure relationship success and value and in part serves as a core component of the organization’s Reputation Management and Customer Loyalty Program.

We work to enhance Leadership capabilities or assume Leadership responsibilities to direct Business Relationship efforts.  Business Relationship Management is developed and implemented at various levels and is coordinated with Company-Wide Initiatives with a focus on Brand Continuity and long, sustained growth and market ownership.

Operational Level

We work with Teams in understanding their roles to increase effectiveness personally, professionally and operationally.  We develop and implement an accountability process to assist Organizations to achieve success through effective working relationships and personal accountability.

A successful Business Relationship Management System results in business transformation and improved competitive positioning. All members of the organization become dedicated to discovering various innovation channels through teamwork, seeking out valuable partners, and leveraging the appropriate systems.
