Once an Exit Strategy has been established, we work through every component of the strategy, working with Managers to fully understand each business area’s internal capabilities and value proposition. The business’s true net worth is determined and the organization is positioned for being purchased.

Operational Level

Working with The M David Katz Company reassures Business Owners, Stakeholders and Managers alike that they have chosen the competent and professional advisory team that is necessary for a smooth and successful exit.

Execution of items at the operational level include legal agreements, deal structuring, taxes, estate planning, the future plans for the organization’s people and customers, and eventually the actual exit of the organization.
