Our Goal
To develop a product mix and pricing structure that balances a defined value proposition, client engagement and financial goals. The M David Katz Company works with Stakeholders, Executives, Management and Staff to create a Product and/or Service Offering that responds to market demands, properly expresses your company brand, promotes aggressive sales growth, and supports long-term client relationships.
Strategic Level
We work with Business Owners and Stakeholders to develop Product and Service Mix that is:
- Responsive to market demands
- Highlights the capability of the organization
- Differentiates the organization in the market place
- Returns strong profit margins
Whether you are a brick-and-mortar shop placing products on the shelf, or a B-2-B company selling services through the internet, how you package and price your product or service often becomes the customer’s first impression.
Tactical Level
Once this Product Mix has been developed, we collaborate with organizations to properly package and present the product or service offering to the marketplace. Because sales professionals are often the ones to deliver or complement the organization’s product or service mix, we work with Sales Management to access their current needs. This involves providing them with the tools they need to accurately deliver the organization’s products or services to potential customers. We facilitate sales planning, strategy, and accountability sessions with existing Sales Management and Staff.
We work to enhance Leadership capabilities or assume Leadership responsibilities to serve the product’s or service’s sales efforts. Sales & Marketing tactics are developed and implemented at various levels.
Operational Level
We work with Sales Teams in understanding their roles in properly delivering each product and/or service to the customer base. We develop and implement an accountability process to assist Organizations in achieving success through effective working relationships and personal accountability surrounding product and service sales.
As with an organization’s branding, having a consistent product or service is equally as important as developing the product itself; we help confirm that your entire organization is telling the same story.
